Shipping and delivery policy

What you receive

CISSP Buddy is software-as-a-service. A payment of ₹21,000 buys a 90-day subscription licence to use the software at www.cisspbuddy.com from any browser. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

When it is delivered

• Access starts immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You are taken straight into the app.
• You sign in with the email and password you chose when you joined. A receipt is available at once on your Billing page.
• If your payment succeeded but access hasn't started within 2 hours (for example, a delayed UPI confirmation), write to shubham.dublin@gmail.com or call +91 98736 56155 with your receipt or Razorpay payment id and we will activate it the same working day.

Where it is available

The service is delivered over the internet and works anywhere you can open the website. Payments are currently accepted in Indian rupees. See our refund and cancellation policy and terms of service.
