Who we are

CISSP Buddy is provided by Panthrai Consulting (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62013UP2024OPC213837), registered office A/406 Himalaya Apartments, GH-3, Sector 5, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012, India. Contact: shubham.dublin@gmail.com, +91 98736 56155. In these terms "we" means Panthrai Consulting (OPC) Private Limited and "you" means the person using CISSP Buddy.

The service

CISSP Buddy is an online study platform for the CISSP® exam: practice questions, exam rehearsals, lessons, flashcards and a study plan. It is an independent product. CISSP® is a registered certification mark of ISC2, Inc.; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ISC2, and we don't sell exam vouchers or book exams. We don't guarantee that you will pass the exam.

Your account

• An account is for one person. Don't share your login or your access.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Price, payment and delivery

• One payment of ₹21,000 gives 90 days of full access from the moment the payment is confirmed. A renewal adds 90 days after your current end date. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• Payments are taken in Indian rupees by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or bank details.
• No GST is charged: Panthrai Consulting (OPC) Private Limited is not registered for GST. If that changes, prices shown at checkout will say so before you pay.
• The service is digital and delivered online: your access starts immediately after payment, and nothing is shipped. You can download a receipt from the Billing page.
• We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects time you have already paid for.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds follow our refund policy. Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel: your access simply ends on its end date, and your progress is kept if you renew later.

Fair use

• Use the content for your own study. Don't copy, scrape, resell or publish our questions, lessons or explanations.
• Don't share real exam questions here; doing so breaks the ISC2 candidate agreement.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. If we close it without a breach on your part, we refund the unused time.

Our content

The questions, lessons, explanations, design and software are ours or licensed to us. Your payment gives you a personal licence to use them while your access lasts.

Availability and liability

We work to keep CISSP Buddy available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and exam facts can change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will show the date of the change here, and changes don't reduce access you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
