The short version
CISSP Buddy prepares candidates for the CISSP exam the way the exam itself works. A computerized adaptive rehearsal runs the real rules: 100–150 questions, 3 hours, no going back, a pass line at 700 out of 1,000. Around it sit 1,700+ practice questions written for the platform, with every option explained, a "think like a manager" trainer, spaced-repetition flashcards and a plan that rebalances itself every night.
The founding cohort is invite-only and India-first. Prices are ₹21,000 in India and $439 in the Americas for 3 months of access.

It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ISC2.
Story angles
- The exam changes on 15 April 2027. ISC2's new outline renames Domain 1 to Security Governance and Risk Management and reweights all eight domains while keeping the format. Our explainer is at what changes in 2027.
- An adaptive exam you can feel before you sit it. Most prep describes computerized adaptive testing in prose. Our free mini-test uses the same engine as the full rehearsal and shows what the engine "sees" after each answer.
- India's route into security leadership. Many candidates in India come to the CISSP from GRC, audit, banking risk or IT service roles rather than engineering. We wrote guides for non-technical candidates and for using the CISSP in an appraisal, and price in rupees.
- Accuracy as a feature. Every exam number on this site is drawn from one place, kept in step with ISC2's published pages, and every page shows when it was last checked. Many pages elsewhere still describe the retired 125–175 question format.

Please write "CISSP" in capitals, and use it to describe the exam or credential. CISSP® is a registered certification mark of ISC2, Inc. CISSP Buddy is an independent study platform. Please don't describe us as official, accredited or approved by ISC2.
